Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Ringly, a missed-call follow-up and appointment booking service for home service businesses.

Businesses must provide accurate business, phone, calendar, and billing information. Businesses are responsible for enabling call forwarding and testing that missed calls reach Ringly.

Businesses may only use Ringly to respond to customers who contacted the business first, or where the business otherwise has consent or legal permission to message them. Cold outbound campaigns, spam, or unrelated marketing are not allowed.

Ringly may send SMS messages, use AI to respond to customers, create bookings, and write events to connected calendars. Businesses are responsible for reviewing setup, availability, pricing, and booked jobs.

Billing is $297 CAD per month after any free trial or promotional period, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Taxes, carrier fees, and payment processor fees may apply where required.

Ringly is provided as-is during launch. We may suspend accounts for abuse, payment failure, carrier misuse, or legal risk.
